Welcome to Discovery sailing - RYA Navigation Courses in Nova Scotia
On October 15 Dave retired as a RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Examiner. A hard decision, but necessary. Over the years, he conducted over 130 exams for RYA Yachtmaster Coastal, RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and Yachtmaster Ocesn in Canada and the United States.
Several years ago we were featured in an issue of the FlyPorter inflight magazine. It is quire a good read, and you can download it below.
Although I retired from delivering Practical on-the-water training at the end of 2023. I still have a big hand with RYA Training. As an active RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Examiner, I travel to conduct exams in a variety of places. And I love teaching/coaching the Navigation courses!
